Getting Started
The basics: how to start, what happens after you contact us, and how we decide the right next step.
What does AdvertiseUp do?
AdvertiseUp is an SME growth consultancy and marketing execution agency. We help startups and small businesses grow through strategy, websites, content, ads, and monthly management.
What is the best way to start with AdvertiseUp?
The best starting point is usually a business growth consultation. It helps us understand your business, your current situation, and the next practical step before recommending a service or package.
Do I need to know exactly what service I want?
No. Many clients come to us because they are unsure what they need. We can help you decide whether your priority is strategy, branding, website, content, ads, or monthly management.
Can AdvertiseUp reject a project?
Yes. We may reject work that is outside our scope, unethical, illegal, misleading, harmful, or not aligned with what we believe we can deliver properly.

When does payment need to be made?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work starts, before a session takes place, or before a subscription period becomes active.
Are taxes and payment fees included?
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, government fees, bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency exchange differences, or other transaction-related costs depending on the payment method and agreement.
Can I cancel or postpone a consultation?

Project payments are generally not refundable once work has started, planning has been completed, resources have been allocated, or third-party costs have been paid.
Are monthly subscriptions refundable?
Monthly subscription fees are generally paid in advance and are not refundable once the service period has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ads, Results & Platforms
Marketing can be managed professionally, but platform behavior and business results are never fully controlled by one party.
Does AdvertiseUp guarantee sales or results?
No. AdvertiseUp does not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, return on ad spend, or business results. We provide strategy, execution, management, and recommendations based on professional experience and available data.
Is ad spend included in media buying fees?
Unless clearly stated in writing, media buying or advertising management fees do not include the advertising budget itself. The ad budget is usually paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.
Can ads be rejected by Meta, Google, or other platforms?
Yes. Advertising platforms may reject ads, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, change policies, change algorithms, increase costs, or limit performance. AdvertiseUp is not responsible for platform decisions but may provide reasonable support and recommendations.
What can affect campaign performance?
Performance may be affected by market demand, competition, budget, offer strength, website quality, pricing, stock availability, customer service, platform algorithms, account history, seasonality, and client-side operations.
