Cancelling Sessions

To cancel your session and request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Go to “My Appointments” under “My Account” in your Menu.
2. You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before the scheduled session.
3. If you cancel 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee of 25% of the session fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. Cancellations made 24 hours before the session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fees.
5. If you cancel on the day of the session (24 hours or less than the time of the session), no refund is applicable.

Please note that refund processing times may vary, and any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before processing the refund.

Postponing

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to postpone or reschedule your session. We are happy to accommodate such requests under the following conditions:

Rejection Policy

Payment Methods

1. Paying Online:

• Users can book and pay for sessions directly on the website.
• Customers may request assistance from the team to receive a private link for session payments.

2. Paying Offline:

• Payment can be made using a credit card at the agency a minimum of 24 hours before the session. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in cancellation, even if agreed upon by the team member.
• Cash payments are accepted at the agency a minimum of 24 hours before the session. Non-payment within this period will lead to cancellation, regardless of prior agreements with the team member.
• For managed services, the agency will not commence work until the first payment is made at the agency.

Taxes & Invoices

1. Official Invoices:

• AdvertiseUp is a registered company with legal documentation and issues official governmental invoices.
• Customers have the right to request an official stamped invoice.

2. Customer Responsibility:

• Customers must provide AdvertiseUp with their tax number and other official information for invoicing purposes.
• AdvertiseUp does not engage in any illegal activities and will not provide invoices for unpaid services.

3. Invoice Period and Updates:

• Customers can request an official stamped invoice up to 12 months from the invoice date.
• If a customer is in the startup planning phase during a meeting and wishes to update their invoice information, AdvertiseUp will facilitate this without extra fees. The updated invoice will retain the originally addressed entity.

Session Terms and Conditions

1. Session Start Time:
   • The booked session will commence at the scheduled time, regardless of the customer’s arrival. If AdvertiseUp is responsible for any delays, indemnity will be provided in the form of a coupon for the same service or a free session, depending on the circumstances.
2. Participants and Service:
   • The paid and booked individuals specified in the invoice and booking system will be the participants in the session.
   • The session will strictly adhere to the service described, and services cannot be switched during the session without prior approval.
3. Time Management:
   • AdvertiseUp does not guarantee that the time required for the task is as indicated in the session time. Extra fees may apply if the customer consumes more time than scheduled.
   • If a customer refuses to pay extra fees for additional time, the session will end at the originally booked time.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Customers unsatisfied with the session result can request a refund by contacting info@advertiseup.agency. Refund requests will be reviewed, and a full refund will be issued if AdvertiseUp is found accountable.
5. Approval and Refund:
   • If a customer approves the result during or after the session, or takes it with them in any form, no refund will be issued.
6. Government Guidelines:
   • AdvertiseUp follows the rules of The Arab Republic of Egypt. In the event of government-issued statements regarding curfew or related matters, sessions may be moved online (if possible) or a full refund will be issued.
7. Coaching or Training Sessions:
   • AdvertiseUp does not provide computers, licenses, or any resources other than knowledge for coaching or training sessions.
   • Sessions are for specific reasons, and any extension beyond the booked time may incur additional fees.
8. Customer Responsibilities:
   • Customers should bring their own laptop with pre-set software if they wish to practice during the session.
9. Inappropriate Conduct:
   • Any form of sexual harassment, physical or verbal, will result in legal action, and no refund will be issued.
   • Immediate session termination will occur for insults, disrespect, violence, or anger towards team members. Legal actions will be taken, and a review will follow.
10. Cancellation and Extensions:

• Sessions can be canceled by mutual agreement. Extensions require approval from both the team member and the agency, with additional fees as applicable.

11. Cancellation by the Agency:

• If the agency cancels a session (except for natural disasters or legal obligations), a full refund and a coupon equivalent to the paid amount will be provided.

12. Free Sessions:

• Free sessions are a privilege, not a given right. The agency may cancel a meeting before the customer’s arrival without consequences.
• If a team member feels the customer is wasting time or deviating from the agreed purpose, the member has the right to end the meeting.

End of Session and Customer Complaints

• Conclusion of Session:
  • At the exact end of the booked time, the customer will be asked to leave. If the customer wishes to continue, they should refer to the previous points regarding extensions.
• Customer Complaints:
  • Customers have the right to file a complaint by contacting info@advertiseup.agency. If the agency determines that the customer has a legitimate grievance based on the terms and conditions, a refund may be issued.
• Manager Interaction:
  • Customers have the option to request to speak with a manager, but it is not guaranteed that a manager will be available immediately. If a customer wishes to speak to a manager, they should provide their contact details to the team. A manager will then contact them through their preferred method, be it phone or email.
• Refusal to Comply:
  • If a customer refuses to comply with the end-of-session procedures, local authorities will be contacted, and legal actions will be initiated. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Consulting Sessions

Social Media Ads/Media Buying Requirements

1. Page Access:
   • To manage social media ads, individuals must be either a page owner or an admin of the relevant social media pages.
2. Ads Account:
   • Access to an active ads account on the respective social media platform is essential.
3. Password Access:
   • Individuals should possess the passwords for each of the pages and the associated ads account.
4. Active Credit Card:
   • An active credit card linked to the ads account is required for payment of the ads.
5. Analytics Access:
   • Individuals should have access to previous analytics, including insights and results from past ad campaigns.

Basic Terms

• Payment Duration:
  • These packages are designed to be paid over 1 month, not less and not more.
• Payment Methods:
  • Customers can pay online through the website, or a team member can visit the customer to collect cash or process payment via POS.
• Exclusion of Paid Ads:
  • All packages do not include the price of paid ads for any social media channels.
• Payment in Advance:
  • Payment is to be made in advance.
• Partner Fees:
  • Any extra fees for partners, such as Paymob, Paynas, or Zoho, are not included in the package price.
• Source File Exclusion:
  • Source files will not be provided as part of the package.
• Photography/Video Sessions:
  • Photography/video sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 hours.
• Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are only possible within the first 14 days after payment and must be requested via an official email.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was initially used.
• Payment Notification:
  • If you prefer that the payment be done through us, please notify us in advance.
• Logo and Brand Identity:
  • These packages do not include any logo or brand identity items.
• Scope Inclusion:
  • This package only includes what was explicitly mentioned on the product page, or the invoice/estimate sent to the customer.

Social Media Designs Requirements

• Business Logo:
  • You must provide the logo of your business for incorporation into the designs.
• Color Palette:
  • Provide the color palette you wish to be used in the designs.
• Payment for Third Party:
  • Payment for any third-party services (e.g., stock images, premium fonts) can be facilitated either through your credit card directly or through us.
• Payment Through Us:
  • If you prefer that the payment for third-party services be done through us, please notify us before the transaction.
• Interest on Payment Through Us:
  • If the payment is done through us, a 20% interest fee will be applied.
• Payment Notification:
  • Notify us in advance if you prefer that the payment be done through us.

3. Invoice Period and Updates:

• Customers can request an official stamped invoice up to 12 months from the invoice date.
• If a customer is in the startup planning phase during a meeting and wishes to update their invoice information, AdvertiseUp will facilitate this without extra fees. The updated invoice will retain the originally addressed entity.

Genreal Workshop Policy

1. Equipment and Software:
   • No equipment or software will be provided by AdvertiseUp. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own equipment.
2. Free Analysis Session:
   • If attendees are uncertain about their needs, it is recommended to book a free analysis session first.
3. Payment Preferences:
   • If attendees prefer AdvertiseUp to handle the payment, they should notify the agency before the session.
4. Temple Designs Inclusion:
   • AdvertiseUp has purchased temple designs, and this is the only inclusion in the price. It is a privilege, not a given right.
5. Checkout Notes:
   • Attendees should provide all session details in the notes during the checkout process.
6. Individual Session Booking:
   • If an attendee wishes to book a separate session on a different date, the price discount of the bundle (40%) and any additional discounts will be applied.
7. Refund Policies:
   • A full refund will be provided if the customer submits an official request to cancel the purchase at least 48 hours before the first session.
   • No refund will be provided if:
     • The customer decides not to complete the course without raising concerns or requests for cancellation.
     • The customer does not attend the scheduled session.
   • A customer may request cancellation after the first session, and a full or partial refund may be provided after each case is studied.
8. Payment Methods:
   • Customers can pay via:
     • Credit Card on the AdvertiseUp website.
     • Credit Card at the agency using a POS machine.
     • Credit Card using an invoice link.
     • Cash on Arrival.
9. Final Price and Taxes:
   • The price provided is the final price, inclusive of taxes.
   • No extra fees will be charged for Credit Card payments
