Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and creative Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for startups and be ready to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success. This is an on-site role, and coming to the office is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work with startups and entrepreneurs to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and align on expectations.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creation of unique advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects on time and deliver high-quality results.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Proactively manage accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure client retention.
Qualifications:
- A college degree is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field, such as account management, marketing, or advertising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Passion for startups and a keen interest in helping businesses grow.
- This is not a remote role. Coming to the office is required.
