Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and creative Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for startups and be ready to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success. This is an on-site role, and coming to the office is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work with startups and entrepreneurs to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and align on expectations.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creation of unique advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects on time and deliver high-quality results.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Proactively manage accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure client retention.

Qualifications:

• A college degree is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field, such as account management, marketing, or advertising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Passion for startups and a keen interest in helping businesses grow.
• This is not a remote role. Coming to the office is required.
